Back in December 2005, Steve Lines published the very first Rainfall Chapbook ‘Lovecraft’s Disciples: Vol 1’ (2005). Ever since then, Rainfall Records & Books have released chapbook after chapbook. The stories contained within the chapbooks often utilise the style, or homage the work of H.P. Lovecraft, Robert W. Chambers, or Clark Ashton Smith. More often than not continuing with the magnificent mythos or these literary masters, or simply embracing the whole ‘Weird Tales’ vibe.
The chapbooks are each A5 in size, containing between 25 – 60 stapled pages, with laminated covers and print runs of between 50 to 100 copies (the latter editions being produced in runs of 50).
