Back in September of 2014 British horror author, Mark Morris, released his first short story anthology ‘The Spectral Book Of Horror Stories’ (2014) through Spectral Press.  His plan was to make the anthology an eagerly anticipated annual publication celebrating the very best of short horror fiction in the vein of the ‘Pan Book Of Horror Stories’ (1959 – 1989).  And if this first offering is anything to go by, the books are going to be pretty much essential reading for fans of contemporary horror fiction.
