For the past couple of weeks it feels like the dust has had a chance to settle somewhat in the DLS surgery. Work commitments have had a hell of a lot to do with it. Thankfully, I’ve still managed to slot in a few hours here and there to delve into a book or two.
As such, we have a new in-depth review on the site, this time of British author Kyle Turton’s debut novel ‘Control’ (2014). Combining a classic werewolf storyline with that of an interesting serial killer plot, it’s a novel that undoubtedly has a good idea nestled behind it. And when Turton unleashes the werewolf violence, the tale can can get pretty darn brutal.
